Design: The two-piece all-aluminum structure of this carburetor allows for a lower working temperature and less warpage, making it compatible with both manual and electric choke carburetors.

Compatibility: This carburetor is designed to match with a variety of intake manifolds, including Performer EPS, Performer RPM, RPM Air Gap, Torker, and other similar designs.

Function: Ideal for small and some large engines, this carburetor delivers excellent street performance and fuel economy. It is resistant to engine flashback, as it does not have a power valve that can blow out. Additionally, the rod can be easily replaced in seconds without having to remove the carburetor.

Note: The performer series carburetors are not suitable for computer-controlled applications. They are not recommended for vehicles equipped with Q-Jet carburetors in 1981 and later GM vehicles, or for certain Ford vehicles with automatic overdrive (AOD) transmission in 1981 and later.
